Market extension or viewpoint extension?

Starting from the Bridge of Peace and Rike Park, I am comparing two different Tbilisi plans: continue towards the Dry Bridge market area, or make a separate decision about a higher viewpoint. I would not add both by default. Which would you choose for a relaxed day, and what information would you need before deciding?
