My Prague plan starts with three free stops
Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, then Kampa Park. That is the whole core of my Prague route. I would rather have space for a detour than build a day that falls apart after the first long pause. The outdoor stops are free; anything I choose to eat, enter or book along the way sits outside that budget. What would you keep optional?

I would keep the bridge as the anchor and make Kampa the optional finish. That also gives the shorter version a clear ending.
Good distinction. I want both versions to feel complete, instead of making the shorter one look like an unfinished day.
