Would you plan the exhibition or the walk first?
For my Kampa route, I would check the museum programme before deciding on the rest of the day. Someone more interested in the bridge might do the opposite. When you adapt another person's route, what do you change first: the paid stop, the order or the number of places?

The paid stop first. Once a ticket has a time, the free parts need to work around it.
That makes sense. I will keep the outdoor sequence flexible until the museum choice is settled.
