Free entry does not always mean a free day

My London route uses Millennium Bridge, the free collection at Tate Modern and a Borough Market browsing stop. Those entry choices can be free, but lunch and a special exhibition would change the budget. I want that difference visible before someone saves the route. Would a separate food allowance help you compare plans, or do you prefer to leave meals completely open?
