Budapest daydream: the steps, the skyline and a slower morning

Some places make me want to put the checklist away. Fisherman’s Bastion is on my Budapest inspiration list for the stone stairways and the views across the city. I would keep this as one unhurried stop, rather than squeeze it between five attractions.
