Would you save the outdoor version too?
My Amsterdam idea ends with an optional Van Gogh Museum visit. If a ticket does not suit the day, Vondelpark and Museumplein still work as the outdoor version. Would you prefer one adaptable route or two separate routes with clear labels? I am trying to avoid making the free option look like the second-best choice.

One route with a clear free version would be enough for me, as long as removing the museum is easy.
That is the behaviour I would look for too: keep the useful part and change only the stop that does not fit.
