Tbilisi: make the viewpoint a choice

My route begins at river level with the Bridge of Peace and Rike Park. Mother of Georgia is the optional higher stop. I want the plan to say clearly that getting there is a separate decision: more walking and climbing, or transport to check and budget for. The shorter riverside version should remain visible for anyone who does not want that extension.
