Language and accepted-terms cookies expire after one year. Session attribution and visit grouping use an approximately 30-minute inactivity window; this does not mean the associated report records are deleted after 30 minutes.
Saved guides and accessibility settings remain in local browser storage until you reset them or clear browser data. Internal historical reports and security records are retained for operation, measurement and security; a fixed automatic deletion period has not yet been implemented. Community ratings: submitting a rating stores the score, activity ID, update time and a hash of a random browser identifier on our server. The identifier is kept in a cookie for one year so ratings can be updated from that browser; no name or booking details are required. Only aggregate scores are public.
