Choose between a 24-hour, 48-hour or 72-hour ticket depending on how much time you have. The 24-hour option is perfect for a comprehensive overview, while the 48-hour and 72-hour ticket allows for a more relaxed pace, with time to hop off, visit attractions, and enjoy Vienna’s cafés and culture.
Travel along two carefully planned routes aboard a modern, fully electric bus fleet, offering a quiet, smooth ride and a more sustainable way to explore the city. On board, enjoy audio commentary, free Wi-Fi, and the freedom to hop on and off as often as you like.
Selected tickets can be combined with additional experiences such as a guided walking tour, a Danube river cruise, or a ride on Vienna’s iconic Giant Ferris Wheel.

- The Guided City Walking Tour starts from Stop 1: Opera. Departures: English Tour – daily at 11:30am. Duration: 90 minutes

- The 48-hour and 72-Hour option include Swarovski Intro Tour & Gift
- The Swarovski tours run Monday to Saturday at 10:30 and 17:00 in English, departing from the Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Wien, Kärntner Straße 24, 1010 Vienna, approximately a 5-minute walk from Stop #1 on the Red and Blue Lines. No advance booking is required, and customers can collect their gift without joining the tour.
Before you go
Departure point: Bus routes starts at Opera and Hofburg; however you may board the bus and exchange your voucher at any of the stops.
You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:
1.Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking.
2.Present your printed or mobile ticket with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
