Selecting a tool according to the decision at hand

The budget planner is suitable when you need to understand the total amount of the entire trip. The comparison tool is suitable when there are already two options and want to test them by the same ingredients. The Trip Notebook helps keep guides and decisions in the browser where you work. Each can be used individually, without completing the entire vacation planning at once.

Before starting, concentrate on the details you have already found: dates, passenger composition, amounts and what is included. Write down specifically what data is an estimate. A number that seems accurate is not necessarily verified information, so it is best to keep the test date and the assumption on which you were based.

The calculation is also activated after a change.

A change in the hotel may affect transportation and meals; a change in flight may affect time at the destination. We have updated the related clauses and not just the price that has changed. You can compare two versions where one decision is changed and see what is gained and what is given up.

The result helps to organize the information you have entered. It is not a bid to sell or a price check to a supplier. Before ordering, return to the product details and verify the amount, contents and relevant conditions. Do not enter payment details, identification documents or order codes in the tools; descriptions and amounts are sufficient for planning.
